Feds: Man found with ghost gun 'likely' used in deadly Hartford shooting

HARTFORD — A city man was arrested Thursday night after a grand jury returned an indictment earlier in the week on federal gun-related offenses, prosecutors said. A federal grand jury in Hartford returned the indictment on July 20, charging 23-year-old Lamont Fields with possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of ammunition by a felon. Each charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.
