The Texas Department of Public Safety is looking into an Oldham County motorcycle wreck that happened on Saturday, June 25 at noon. The wreck occurred on I-40 just west of Vega, when a 2002 Harley Davidson driven by 66-year-old Robert Heinrich of Garber, Oklahoma, when the rear tire blew out.

The Texas Department of Public Safety released information about a Sunday morning pursuit across several counties that led to two arrests.  According to a news release, at about 10 a.m., a DPS Highway Patrol Trooper attempted to stop a gray Toyota Camry for a traffic violation on eastbound Interstate 40 near Wildorado.
