In Class 3A, The Merkel Lady Badgers went head to head with the Coahoma Lady Bulldogs at ACU in game 2 today. Coahoma leads the series 1-0.

New convenience store will include two restaurants

At least 40 new jobs will be created following construction of a major new convenience store in Lamesa that will include two eating establishments.
