Area golfers take part in NWSC Girls Midseason event

The Champlin Park, Park Center and Robbinsdale Armstrong girls golf teams all took part in the Northwest Suburban Girls Midseason event April 25 at Ham Lake’s Majestic Oaks Golf Club.

Champlin Park

Champlin Park finished 11th of 14 at Majestic Oaks with a score of 441. Ella Skavnak was the Rebels’ top finisher, taking 33rd place of 84 with a score of 98. Maria Bachand finished in 43rd place with a score of 104, while Gracia Severin tied for 64th with a score of 117. Lauren Walker was close behind in 69th with a score of 122. Carlie Kamrath and Victoria Vinar rounded out the participants in the 79th and 83rd places.

Park Center

Park Center finished ninth of 14 at Majestic Oaks with a score of 400. Aly Blomberg was Park Center’s top finisher, in a three-way tie for sixth with a score of 83. Tatum Roles was next up with a 29th place finish and a score of 97. Emmerson Ball and Audrey Yang tied for 53rd with Andover’s Ella Gorka with a score of 110. Makaila Hammond and Jennifer Hyser also competed at the midseason event, scoring 132 and 136 respectively.

Robbinsdale Armstrong

Armstrong finished eighth of 14 at Majestic Oaks with a score of 397. Sylvia Seiffert led the Falcons at Majestic Oaks, earning 17th place with a score of 91. Violet Suchy took 29th place with a score of 97. Avery Johnson and Corinne Williams took 43rd and 45th with scores of 104 and 105. Olive Riley earned a score of 113 for 58th place, while Kylie Peterson took 68th place with a score of 120.
