Drunk Driver Accused of Crashing Into Centralia Home, Injuring Resident

A woman accused of driving into a Centralia home and injuring a resident while under the influence of intoxicants early Saturday morning has been arrested. 

The driver, Ashley A. Campos, 28, of Centralia, was in custody at the Lewis County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail as of Monday morning. 

She was scheduled to have a preliminary hearing in Lewis County Superior Court on DUI and vehicular assault charges Monday afternoon. 



Campos is accused of driving into a residence in the 200 block of East Cherry Street just after 3 a.m. on March 25, according to the Centralia Police Department. Lewis County Jail records indicate she was booked into the jail at 6:10 a.m. on March 25. 

The Chronicle did not have information on the resident’s condition as of Monday afternoon
