Rockland County DA: Cedarhurst attorney arranged to meet investigator he thought was 14-year-old girl

Officials say the investigator texted with Daniel Waxman for over a week, repeatedly telling the 55-year-old that she was 14.
A Cedarhurst attorney was arrested in a sexual predator sting.
The Rockland County district attorney says Daniel Waxman was arrested Wednesday after he arrived in Rockland County to meet with an undercover investigator, he thought was a 14-year-old girl.
Officials say the investigator texted with Waxman for over a week, repeatedly telling the 55-year-old that she was 14.
Waxman's texts allegedly became sexual in nature, and then he arranged to meet who he thought was a minor for sex.
He is charged with attempted disseminating indecent material to minors, which is a felony.
