Man killed in Cullman County crash

According to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office, Lyndon Kinds, of Pleasant Grove, was killed in a two-vehicle crash in the 6100 block of Valley Road around 4:07 a.m. Kinds was the driver of one of vehicles and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Jefferson County Schools Superintendent Walter Gonsoulin released the following statement regarding Kinds death:

We are heartbroken over the loss of our student Lyndon Kinds.  He was an 11th grader at Pleasant Grove High School and a member of the football team.  From what his principal has told me he was an excellent young man, who stayed out of trouble and who had a bright future.  Our condolences go out to his family, friends, and teachers.  They are all in my prayers, and the JEFCOED family stands with them as they deal with this tragedy.
