OWASSO, Okla. — An amateur boxer from Owasso flew to Louisiana Friday to compete at U.S. Olympic Trials next week for a spot on Team USA. FOX23 first shared the story of Neida Ibarra and her boyfriend/coach Luis Ramirez in October. She picked up the sport as a way to stay in shape in her 20s and climbed the ranks once she started competing.
