    Four teens arrested for smoke shop robberies in Jefferson County

    CARTHAGE, N.Y. (WWTI) – Four teens are facing charges after an alleged string of burglaries in the village of Carthage.

    New York State Police state that two 15-year-old suspects, a 14-year-old and a 13 year-old are alleged to be part of a rash burglaries of smoke shops in the village.

    According to authorities, there were numerous reports of burglaries at multiple locations in Carthage including: Smoker’s Convenience, Smoker’s Corner, Carthage Convenience, and Carthage Market in May.

    The names are being withheld due to their age.

    All four juveniles were arrested and processed at the state police headquarters in Carthage for third-degree burglary. They were issued family court appearance tickets for Jefferson County Probation. All four were released and turned over to their legal guardians.

    irregardless of what the stores sell these kids have zero right to break in and rib anyone, and what they have and don't have has zero reason for anyone to steal shit, and yes the parents should be held just as accountable as the kids!
