The Tri-Cities’ largest cycling event, the Carter County Omnium, returns on Saturday and Sunday.

The three-race event features the area’s premier road race: the 38th annual Roan Groan, which has attracted riders who have competed in the Tour de France and Tour of California, as well as cyclists from international teams.
