Four-vehicle crash sends several to local hospitals

A four-vehicle crash in McCracken County Wednesday afternoon sent several people to the hospital.

Authorities said 68-year-old Michael Scott was traveling on Blandville Road near the intersection of Massac Church Road when he collided with a vehicle driven by 31-year-old Jacob Stewart of Cape Girardeau.

Scott's vehicle then struck another vehicle in the opposite lane, driven by 21-year-old Addison Johnson of Paducah.

The crash with Johnson's vehicle caused Johnson to collide with 40-year-old Billy Wiley's vehicle.

The occupants of all involved vehicles were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
