WATCH: SpaceX successfully launches Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — SpaceX successfully launched a Falcon 9 rocket from Florida’s Space Coast on Friday.

The launch happened at 11:43 a.m. from Space Launch Complex 40 at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

After taking off from the launchpad, the first stage of the rocket landed on SpaceX’s A Shortfall of Gravitas droneship in the Atlantic Ocean.

SpaceX sent another batch of 56 Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit.

SpaceX said the first stage booster supporting this mission previously launched CRS-22, Crew-3, Turksat 5B, Crew-4, CRS-25, Eutelsat HOTBIRD 13G, mPOWER-a and two Starlink missions.
