Western Kentucky sheriff's offices arrest man called large-scale meth dealer
MURRAY, Ky. — Multiple sheriff's offices arrested a man Wednesday who was reported to be a large-scale methamphetamine dealer. According to a news release from Calloway County Sheriff's Office, the department, along with Marshall County Sheriff's Office, arrested Trey Cowans, 29, of Paris, Tennessee, at a Murray business for distributing large amounts of crystal methamphetamine.
Murray man sentenced to 5 years for methamphetamine trafficking
PADUCAH, Ky. (KFVS) - A Murray, Kentucky man was sentenced to five years in federal prison for methamphetamine trafficking. According to court documents, on April 16, 49-year-old Gary Sims was sentenced to five years in prison, followed by five years of supervised release, for three counts of distribution of methamphetamine and one count of possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine.
Murray woman facing theft charge after vehicle scrapped without owner’s permission
MURRAY , Ky. (KBSI) – A Murray woman faces a theft charge after sheriff’s deputies say she took a vehicle to be scrapped without permission from the owner. Carol E. Lee, 45 faces a charge of theft by unlawful taking-auto greater than $1000 and less than $10,000 (Class D felony).

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – Three people face drug charges after sheriff’s deputies receive numerous complaints of drug trafficking. Cammie J. Arnett, 20, of Murray faces charges of trafficking in controlled substance 1st degree – cocaine (Class D felony), trafficking in controlled substance 2nd degree-hallucinogen (Class D felony), trafficking marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.
