A Moniteau County woman wanted on an outstanding warrant out of Cole County for leaving the scene of an accident is arrested with methamphetamine.
The Moniteau County Sheriff’s Office reports it was early Monday morning when deputies conducted a traffic stop on Lookout Trail for a speeding violation. Deputies learned the driver, Jamie Earnheart, 28, of California, currently had a suspended driver’s license, no insurance for her vehicle, and was currently on probation and parole for possession of a controlled substance.Â
Deputies also observed a clear baggie on the center console containing a white residue that later tested positive for methamphetamine.Â
Earnheart is charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.Â
