Maybe you think couples don't need to send out mailed save-the-dates and should opt for digital ones instead — and it saves tons of time and $$$.

Perhaps you find many couples spend extra money to extend their cocktail hour and go all out, but really, you'd suggest keeping that time to an hour and keeping the food and drink options to a minimum.

Maybe sooo many people spend a lot on too much cake, which never ends up being completely eaten and is thrown away. So, you'd recommend that couples serve a smaller cake or try a dessert table instead.
