OROVILLE — A phone outage has disrupted 9-1-1 calls to the Butte County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center today.
Per a post on social media, the department encourages county residents with emergencies to use the non-emergency line if they cannot get through via 9-1-1. The non-emergency number is 530-538-7322.
