CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A dry and hot Monday afternoon on tap, daytime highs near 89 degrees. The record is 92 degrees, set back in 1934. We stay dry and hot on Tuesday. Showers and thunderstorms return on Wednesday; a few of which could be strong to severe and bring the threat of heavy rain that may result in localized flooding, damaging winds and a non-zero tornado threat.
