Gordonsville junior and Tennessee softball commitment Kailey Plumlee was named the Gatorade Tennessee Softball Player of the Year on Friday. The 5-foot-10 left-handed pitcher went 28-2 this past season, leading Gordonsville to a 33-5 record and its second consecutive TSSAA softball Class 1A state championship.
