Jemal shares update on Mohawk Ramp plans

The ramp has about 600 spaces, but the upper levels have been closed for several years due to structural damage, leaving about 200 spaces inaccessible.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Developer Douglas Jemal is nearly ready to finalize his purchase of the Mohawk Ramp from the City of Buffalo and kick off a renovation project that will coincide with the development of new residential and commercial spaces nearby.

Jemal and Millstein attended Wednesday's Buffalo Place meeting to update members about the plans.
