
The Erie County District Attorney's Office announced two individuals were arraigned Wednesday morning in Buffalo City Court.
According to police, officers responded to a shooting call on Mary B Talbert Boulevard around 8:45 p.m. Tuesday. A 14-year-old boy was found shot in the back.
Following an investigation, police said two suspects were identified and apprehended.
20-year-old Isaiah Hicks was arraigned on one count of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of criminal possession of a firearm. He is scheduled to return for a felony hearing on April 17.
A 16-year-old boy was arraigned on one count of second-degree assault and one count of criminal possession of a firearm. He is scheduled to return for a felony hearing on March 24.
