Fulton County Man Arrested By Narcotics Task Force
Wagswoofs – A Fulton County man has been arrested following a drug bust in Archbold, Ohio. Michael M. Hughes, 42, got arrested on Monday when law enforcement agencies, including the Multi-area Narcotics Task Force, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, and the Archbold Police Department, carried out a search warrant in the 100 block of West Lugbill Road in the western Fulton County village.
Man injured after car lost tire on I-69 in DeKalb County
DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WFFT) - A man was injured after a tire came off of his car while driving on I-69. The crash happened on November 20 around the 324-mile marker. Police say around 10:02 a.m., Drew A. Short, 25, of Pioneer, Ohio, was headed north when the driver's side tire of his Honda Accord came off.
Train Semi Accident
An east bound Norfolk Southern Freight Train struck a south bound semi tractor trailer, at the State Line Crossing, east of Edgerton, Indiana, at 3:48pm, on Thursday. The driver of the semi, saw the train and realized he was going to get hit. He exited the cab of his truck, prior to impact to the semi box trailer. The driver was not injured. The semi-trailer was empty. The railroad crew was able to get the train stopped east of Twp. Rd 11. The engineer and conductor of the train, were not injured. The rear half of the semi-trailer was on the northside of the crossing and the semi and other half of the trailer was on the southside of the crossing.
Indiana, Ohio police responding to semi vs. train crash on State Line
ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) - Police say agencies in Indiana and Ohio are responding to a crash involving a semi truck and a train along State Line Road Thursday afternoon. Leaders with the Allen County Sheriff’s Department say the crash happened around 3:45 p.m. at State Line Road and Railroad Street, near Edgerton. Officials say the semi crashed on the Indiana side of the State Line while the train is in Ohio.

Timothy Hohenberger, 52, Napoleon, appeared for sentencing on a charge of assault, a fourth-degree felony. He was given a nine-month prison term with credit for 42 days served in jail while his case was pending.
