HENDRICKS COUNTY — The Indiana Department of Transportation announces U.S. 136 will close on or after June 12 for a bridge deck replacement project in Brownsburg. U.S. 136 will be closed between Bulldog Drive and Northfield Drive East. It’s expected to remain closed through early October, weather permitting.
The official detour follows Northfield Dr. to U.S. 136. and back.
This contract was awarded to Crackers Demo LLC for almost $2 million. It also involves a box culvert replacement project on S.R. 39, culvert work on S.R. 236, just west of S.R. 39, and terminal joint patching along U.S. 36.
