Authorities say a Florida man had quite a bit to drink and say before deputies hauled him off to jail for suspicion of driving under the influence.

The Brevard County Sheriff's Office shared video of the arrest of 47-year-old Terry Milam, booked last Friday after investigators say his breathalyzer test came back higher than 0.08, the legal limit in Florida.

Deputies saw him driving all over the road.

"I was just getting to the house, bro," said Milam, from the wheel of a parked Chevy Silverado pickup truck.

In the video, Milam said he had a few drinks, and had a gun or two in the truck.

"Alright, I'm going to let this deputy right here figure it all out," said one of the deputies at the scene.

"Two is one and one is nothing, brother," replied Milam.

The deputies gave Milam a field sobriety test. In the video, he wobbled through the straight line test. Seconds later, a deputy put him into handcuffs.

"Sir, what are you arresting me for," asked Milam.

"Driving under the influence," answered the deputy.

"So, how much do you think you had to drink tonight?" asked the deputy.

"It doesn't matter," said Milam.

"Was it a lot?" asked the deputy.

"It doesn't matter because I'm going to drink until the day I die," said Milam.

"I understand that, we just can't have you driving," said the deputy.

Milam is free on a $500 bond.
