TOWANDA, PA. (WENY) -- A Towanda man is facing a maximum sentence of 38 years in prison for 24 different drug related crimes. Leslie Bailey, a 63-year-old man was convicted in January on nine counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substances, which include meth, oxycodone and suboxone, nine counts of possessing those drugs and five counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, according to the Bradford County District Attorney's Office.
