We got caught unexpectedly not being able to find a parking space around Bridge street or Coquina beach. Had to pay $15.00 per hr to park in his lots to avoid missed boat excursion reservation.

it's a parking lot. why would you need a permit. or is it have to do with development. see you get more tax $ from buildings not parking lots.
