A passenger in a car pulled over by Arnold police for having a broken headlight was accused of selling drugs and illegally carrying a gun. Charles Lawrence Bacon, 18, of the 500 block of Marion Street in East Deer was charged with two counts of possession of drugs with the intent to deliver and a count of illegal possession of a firearm, which are felonies, along with a count of drug possession.
Cranberry woman sentenced to prison for delivering drugs tied to overdose death
A Cranberry Township woman was sentenced Tuesday, Nov. 28, to serve up to five years in prison for delivering drugs found at the scene of a man’s 2020 overdose death. Morgan Leon, 33, of Cranberry Township, was sentenced to 30 to 60 months in state prison after pleading guilty to a felony charge of delivery of a controlled substance filed by Evans City/Seven Fields Regional police following the incident in Seven Fields.
