Emporia man arrested after three-car crash in Richmond
Richmond police have arrested a driver involved in a three-car crash that killed a Pennsylvania woman late Sunday night. At around 11:37 p.m., officers were called to the 3600 block of Chamberlayne Avenue in Richmond for a report of a three-vehicle collision.
