BOYDEN—A 42-year-old rural Boyden man was arrested about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, May 23, on a charge of assault causing bodily injury or mental illness.
The arrest of Bradly Allen Korthals stemmed from a 911 call from a person who witnessed Korthals assault another man by hitting him in the back of the head as the other man walked away following an argument at 405 Grove St. in Boyden, according to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office.
