Kids can learn about design & engineering through Camp-in-a-Box program at library

The Wood County District Public Library will offer Camp-in-a-Box: Design Squad sessions Tuesdays from June 6 through June 27, at 1 p.m.

Camp-in-a-Box: Design Squad is a weekly, STEM-focused, hour-long program designed for students ages 8 and up. Designed and funded by Ohio Learn 360 and the Ohio Department of Education, and made available to WCDPL by WBGU-PBS, students will learn about engineering and design process, forces of motion, simple machines, and more as they design and build robo-wheels, hovercraft, watercraft, floating boxes, and more.

No registration required. 

Camp-in-a-Box sessions take place in the Children’s Place at the Bowling Green library.
