A Bowling Green man out of jail on bond from two previous drug trafficking arrests has been jailed after police found nearly 60 fentanyl pills and methamphetamine in a home with three small children.
The Bowling Green – Warren County Drug Task Force, with assistance from Kentucky State Police, arrested 28-year-old Adrian Osmani and charged him with trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl), trafficking in a controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, and possession of marijuana.
The task force said that following a brief investigation, detectives obtained a search warrant for Osmani’s home and located two semi-automatic handguns, 58 fentanyl pills, 13 Suboxone strips, various prescription tablets, methamphetamine, synthetic drugs, two sets of digital scales, and $1,358 in cash.
“The wanton endangerment charges,” police said, “stem from open drugs on the counter and other areas in access to three children being in the residence; the oldest was three-years-old.”
Osmani was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail but is no longer listed as an inmate.
