Meet Camryn D’Aloia, the rumored new girlfriend of Barstool Sports owner Dave Portnoy after being spotted at NBA game

BARSTOOL Sports founder Dave Portnoy's new love interest has become famous in the most unexpected of circumstances.

And 25-year-old Camryn D'Aloia has since tried to keep her identity under wraps after being spotted with Portnoy at a recent Miami Heat-Boston Celtics playoff game.

D'Aloia looked completely spooked as the TV cameras started rolling as they sat behind announcers Brian Anderson and Stan Van Gundy on the TNT broadcast.

Later in the game, both Portnoy and D'Aloia were seen missing from their seats.

But internet sleuths were quick to find out the identity of Portnoy's new female friend. 

D'Aloia graduated from Framingham State University in 2021.

She now works for Nutrafol, a company specializing in products designed to promote hair regrowth according to her LinkedIn.

Prior to joining Nutrafol in June 2023, Camryn served as the social media manager at YAP Media.

Little else is known about the Boston native, who has made her Instagram profile private.

Portnoy was asked about D'Aloia on the Call Her Daddy podcast.

The podcast host, Alex Cooper, said that she met with Portnoy and D'Aloia at the 2024 Kentucky Derby.

Portnoy explained that the college graduate is "not my new girlfriend," before adding that the two were just friends.

The Barstool founder went into great detail about the couple's disastrous date on the BFFs podcast with Josh Richards and Brianna Chickenfry.

Portnoy explained he turned down a courtside seat at Miami's Kaseya Center as he did not want to be seen out with a new date.

But he did not expect that the couple would be shown on national TV together. 

“Very unfortunate set of circumstances, I’ll say that,” Portnoy said.

“Because … Well, I’m sensitive still to the fact I’m six months, five-and-a-half months out of a relationship, so being seen on a date or with a girl, it was not what I was trying to do.

“If you know how I enjoy Celtics games, generally [sitting] center court, on the wood, loud, proud.

"I’m friends with this girl, we’ve hung out … it’s not boyfriend-girlfriend, obviously.

"She’s from Boston, so [she’s] a Celtics fan. I don’t want to point the finger. I turned down courtside [seats] … I don’t want to be pictured, I don’t want to be on TV, I don’t want any of it.

“… We walk in, sit down and I know instantly I have a problem. No idea where these tickets were. 

"They are right behind the broadcaster. It was the two worst tickets — and there’s the reaction, like, ‘What the f**k.”

She had an awful time. She could not enjoy the game at all.

Portnoy revealed he told D'Aloia "Just don't panic" when the TV cameras started rolling. 

"This girl does not want to be – you guys can appreciate that there is a level of notoriety that stinks when you’re well known," he added.

"We just wanted to go to the Celtics game.”

Portnoy then bought another pair of tickets during the game to escape the spotlight.

“So, we get the f**k out of there. I bought two tickets in real time in different seats and moved just three rows back and out of the way," he added.

"We did not want to be on camera...I should have known better."

The 47-year-old Barstool mogul admitted he “felt guilty, although I wasn’t doing anything wrong.”

“It sucked … Imagine just being a pedestrian," he added.

"She’s a pedestrian and you’re just thrown in. She opened her Instagram and was like, ‘I have 9,000 Instagram requests.'

“She had an awful time. She could not enjoy the game at all.”

Portnoy's public appearance with D'Aloia is the first time he's spent time in public with a woman since his split from Silvana Mojica in November 2023.

He was with Mojica for three years before Portnoy initiated the split.

Portnoy said their visions of the future weren't aligned, causing him to instigate the breakup.

“I guess you get to a point where you think maybe there’s a difference in what somebody wants and what the other person wants and without going into too much detail," Portnoy said on the BFFs podcast.

"I just didn’t think I could give Silvana kind of what she deserves."
