The Boston Celtics are the most storied team in the NBA, a league in which men (and only men) have played the sport of basketball for more than 75 years. But the Celtics would be in dire straights indeed without the expertise and hard work of a number of women who help keep the club competing at the highest levels of the sport, even if they aren’t on the parquet playing.

And to raise some awareness about the integral roles those women play, the franchise took time to interview three key members of the Celtics organization for a video to share with the public.

The video features Mackenzie Henderson (senior vice president of ticket sales), Nicole Federico (senior vice president of marketing and content) and Taylor Kielpinski-Rogers (vice president of communications). You can hear more about this trio in the clip embedded below.
