LUMBERTON, Texas — Power has been restored after a portion of Hardin County stretching from Lumberton into Silsbee lost power Thursday afternoon due to a transformer issue. Explosion Behind Musselwhite’s Transmission causes difficulties for first responders
An explosion occurred just after 4 PM on Sunday behind Musselwhite’s Transmission, located on Farm to Market Road 1013 between Kirbyville and Mount Union. The incident involved a truck and camper situated in the back area of the shop, at 136 Private Road 5105. Authorities believe someone was living in the camper, but first responders at the scene stated that there was no one inside when the explosion occurred.
