MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A Mid-South woman's dream of a peaceful retirement has turned into a nightmare. Shayla Todd said her 64-year-old mother is left without a home and is out nearly $70,000 after she says an unlicensed contractor scammed her. HPD increases seat belt enforcement during national “Click It or Ticket” mobilization
