SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - The Greater Springfield Area Crime Stoppers hopes you’ll help them catch Bradley James Edmonds. A warrant is out for the arrest of Edmonds, 31, on a charge of first-degree robbery. The court documents used to charge him accuse Edmonds of robbing a Springfield convenience store on March 31. The clerk on duty told police Edmonds pointed a gun at her, then grabbed a $10 bill from the register. He also left with a fountain drink worth 49 cents.

Storm knocks down trees in Springfield neighborhood
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - A strong storm knocked down trees in a north Springfield neighborhood on Monday morning. Large trees fell on vehicles near the John B. Hughes Apartment complex in the area of High Street and Columbia Avenue. Another large tree fell onto the roadway near Division Street near Missouri Avenue around 6:30 a.m. Springfield Public Works worked through the morning to remove the tree from the roadway.

Humansville is facing a crisis in local government, with multiple state agencies scrutinizing the city's compliance with election laws and use of public funds. The Missouri Secretary of State's Office referred a probable cause statement to the Polk County Prosecutor on May 7 after an investigation into election violations for the April election.
