TIPTON, Okla. (KSWO) - No track to run and practice on, just heart and determination to win a state title. ”I never actually coached track anywhere to where we have actually had track practice on, lots of the smaller schools in Oklahoma don’t have enough you know money or space for a track,” Tipton Track Coach, Joseph Harbert said. “So that was an interesting thing to overcome, trying to find the time and an actual place to practice track.”
