BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A person who shot Sunday in Birmingham is not suffering from life-threatening injuries.
According to Birmingham Police Department public information officer Truman Fitzgerald, the shooting occurred in the 5000 block of 41st Way N. There is no one in custody.
