BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A Dollar General in Birmingham was robbed before 8 a.m. Friday, according to the Birmingham Police Department.
The BPD stated the robbery took place at 2007 H Ave. in Ensley. While the cashier was in the process of opening the store, the suspect barged in. The suspect took a small amount of money and some merchandise before fleeing on foot.
