Biloxi alum Colt Keith named Eastern League Player of the Week

If you hit for the cycle with two home runs in a 6-6 effort at the plate, becoming the first player to ever do that, chances are you’re walking away with player of the week honors.

Today, Biloxi alum Colt Keith honored by the Eastern League for the second time this year as he continues his demolition of Double-A pitching.

For the record, Keith recording 13 hits, four of those leaving the yard, with two doubles, a triple, and 10 RBI.

He was drafted by the Tigers in the fifth round of the 2020 draft and is the team’s second-ranked prospect.
