Jimmie Hutchison, age 74, of Big Rock, TN passed away peacefully at his residence on May 30, 2023. He was born October 30, 1948, the beloved son of the late Clarence and Virgie Ezell Hutchison. Jimmie was a hard worker and provider for his family. He worked Civil Service with the Forestry Department at Ft. Campbell, KY until he retired. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Jimmie enjoyed the simple thing of life; fishing, gardening and working with his tractor. He attended Chestnut Grove Church of Christ. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and leaves behind many loyal friends.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife of 45 years, Ann Porter Hutchison; daughter, Nola Hardin and brother, Terry Hutchison.
He is survived by his daughters, Natasha Hutchison of Clarksville, TN, Cheyann Hutchison and Jackie Sanford both of Big Rock, TN; brothers, Teddy Hutchison, Gary Hutchison, and Basil Hutchison all of Bumpus Mills, TN; sisters, Pam Gray of Cadiz, KY, Patsy Cumby of Dover, TN, Paulette Allan of Clarksville, TN and Suzanne Carson of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Kane Hutchison, Koalsin Sanford, Kamden Sanford, Kayleigh Sanford, Odin Kellogg and Sedric Hardin.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Anglin Funeral Home with Mark Porter officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. and continue until the hour of the funeral service. Burial will follow at Chestnut Grove Cemetery. Those serving as pallbearers Billy Jackson, Lee Wallace, Terry Dunaway, Stacey Page, Zach Page and Joe Mattox. Honorary pallbearers Matthew Walker and Josh Sanford.
