Bethlehem has lost two national chain restaurants.

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, 3221 Schoenersville Road, is closed. It was the last location of the chain in the Lehigh Valley.

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit specializes in barbecue meals, featuring smoked pork, sausage, brisket and wings as well as a host of sides such as macaroni and cheese, barbecue beans and coleslaw. The chain, which launched in 1994, has more than 650 locations in 44 states.

Along with the Dickey’s location, Burgerim is also closed at Schoernersville Centre. The chain specializing in mini-burgers has more than 200 locations in the United States.

Along with those two national chains, Asian Bistro II is also closed.

The shopping center currently has a Starbucks, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Supercuts, HNL Lab Medicine and a Saladworks.
