BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. —
A Mystery Key Cashword scratch-off game unlocked a $300,000 prize for one Berrien County man.

The 68-year-old, who wished to remained anonymous, bought his winning ticket at the Family Fare Quick Stop on 28th Street SW in Wyoming, according to Michigan Lottery.

Looking forward to retirement, the prize winner plans to use his winnings to pay bills and help his family, lottery officials said.
“I recently retired, so winning came at the perfect time and will provide a nice financial cushion for retirement,” he said.
As of Tuesday, more than $25 million has been won through the Mystery Key Cashword game, according to Michigan Lottery.
