Missing East Bay teenager safely located

( KRON ) – A missing 13-year-old teenager has been safely located, according to the Berkeley Police Department. The missing teen was described as a Black female teenager with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5-foot-5 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a gray shirt and black pants in the 700 block of Harrison Street around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday.

As of Monday afternoon, officials said she had been safely located.
