Authorities have identified a man whose body was found in the water near Golden Gate Fields racetrack earlier this week as 26-year-old Kelei Tang of Cupertino. The Alameda County coroner's office said Tang's cause of death had not been determined as of Sunday afternoon pending the ongoing investigation.
