The search is on for an Upstate teenager accused of shooting his father. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting on Breazele Street in Belton, Sunday afternoon.
Investigators say, 19 year old Gabriel Tyrec Jackson shot his father after the two had gotten into a heated argument. K-9 units and drones were brought into search the area for Jackson, who fled the scene prior to deputies arriving.
The victim was airlifted to Greenville Memorial to undergo surgery, there's been np update on his condition. Jackson is wanted for aggravated assault and a weapons violation.
Anyone who sees Jackson or has info on his whereabouts is asked to call 911
