BELLEVUE, Wash. — Bellevue police arrested a driver for a suspected DUI after a crash on Factoria Boulevard at Southeast 38th Street on Sunday night.
The other driver is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are currently investigating.
The road is back open.
