A man was injured after a crash in Harford County involving a cement truck, Maryland State Police told 11 News.State police and paramedics were called shortly before 11:30 a.m. Thursday to eastbound Pulaski Highway near Maryland Route 543 in Belcamp, where a cement truck and a car collided.A passenger was trapped in the car, rescued and flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore with serious injuries that did not appear to be life-threatening, police said.Police said no one in the cement truck required hospitalization.The crash remains under investigation.

A man was injured after a crash in Harford County involving a cement truck, Maryland State Police told 11 News.
