Beaverhead County High School’s teachers will get a 4% base pay increase as part of its 2023-24 contract negotiations package with the district.

The school board unanimously approved the package at a special May 17 meeting. The package includes a 50/50 split of the 8% increased insurance premium, added one personal leave day for the activities director, and increased the maximum number of accumulated personal leave days from 10 to 12, Superintendent Gary Haverfield said.
