Police investigating vandalism at Beavercreek park

BEAVERCREEK, Ohio ( WDTN ) — Beavercreek police are looking for answers after an act of vandalism left behind thousands of dollars of damage.

An investigation is underway after staff at Rotary Park discovered severe damage to park facilities on Saturday morning.

Multiple bathrooms were damaged, with sinks destroyed and mirrors shattered. The concession stand window was also heavily damaged, with glass covering the ground below.

Beavercreek Police Department shared photos of the damage to social media , asking the public for assistance in finding the individuals responsible.

“Repairing and replacing these items will incur significant costs for the city, amounting to thousands of dollars,” Beavercreek PD said in the post.
