BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — One man died after a fatal shooting late Friday night near Prescott Road.
According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, officers responded to a shooting in the 4100 block of West Brookstown Drive around midnight. The victim has been identified as Robert Lee Lavallias Jr., 29. He died at the scene.
This is an ongoing investigation. Police are working to identify suspects and the motive behind the shooting.
